Ottolenghi's savoury Cauliflower Cake: adapted to be gluten-free
I love entertaining and enjoy nothing more than preparing something delicious for my friends to eat, and I'm always on the lookout for something a little unusual to serve. Being a modern host can be challenging with guests having a variety of food intolerances, allergies, and preferences. So if you're looking for a dish that will keep vegetarians happy as well as those that need to be gluten free, this is a recipe I can highly recommend. The carnivores seem to like it too as a side dish.
I think that with it's golden hue, fabulous cheese aroma, and crunchy seeded exterior this is a beautiful dish. And a bonus for a chicken-keeper like me, is that it uses up a lot of eggs.
