If you're looking for an evening of sheer joy, soul-stirring music, and powerful storytelling, this Olivier nominated international musical sensation, The Choir of Man at the Arts Theatre is simply unmissable. Packed with infectious energy, world-class vocals, and musicianship that will have you clapping, cheering, and maybe even shedding a tear, this show is one of the best nights out you’ll find in London. You can even go on stage before the show starts to enjoy a pint in the pub!

Set in a warm and familiar pub, known as The Jungle, the kind we all wish was on our doorstep. The Choir of Man introduces us to nine incredibly talented performers who are more than just singers; they’re storytellers, instrumentalists, dancers, and heartfelt ambassadors of what it means to be part of a community.

Brimming with hits from artists such as Queen, Luther Vandross, Sia, Paul Simon, Adele, Guns & Roses, Avicii and Katy Perry to name but a few, this is a pub like no other! Each number, from spine-tingling ballads to roof-raising anthems, is delivered with passion and polish, with harmonies that send chills down your spine and arrangements that are both innovative and emotionally charged.

But this show isn’t just about great music, it’s also rich in heart. Beneath the high-energy entertainment lies a poignant message about the importance of friendship, mental health, and the sense of belonging that a local pub can offer. The production proudly supports the CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) charity, aligning perfectly with its themes of openness, support, and the need to look out for one another.

The sense of camaraderie on stage is genuine, and the connection with the audience is electric. It’s more than a performance, it’s a celebration of life, laughter, and leaning on each other when times are tough.

The Choir of Man is playing at the Arts Theatre until 4th January and then heading off on tour across the UK. Don’t miss your chance to see it, whether you’re a lover of live music, theatre, or just looking for a night out that will lift your spirits and stay with you long after the final note.

The cast is made up of a rotating company of phenomenally gifted vocalists and musicians, each bringing their own personality to familiar roles like The Poet, The Barman, and The Beast. Backed by a sensational live band on stage, the performers don’t just sing—they play guitars, drums, pianos, and even pull pints mid-performance.

Created by Nic Doodson and Andrew Kay, the show is directed by Nic Doodson with musical supervision and vocal arrangements by Jack Blume. The production is slick, heartfelt, and beautifully crafted to feel both spontaneous and seamless. It's a testament to the power of collaboration and the universal language of music.

Just go see it. It's one of the best evening's entertainment you’ll find anywhere.
